Default 2 Diffs.

Most recent service at 180k that was done I had the Tranny fluid and rear diff oil changed but I did not change the front diff oil. If I only use the KK in 2WD mode, would it matter if I only change the rear diff oil?

Yes it would matter, the front diff centre has done the same KM as the rear weather in 4wd or not.

Does the front diff still get used even when in 2WD mode?

It doesn't get 'used' per-say but it does turn/spin as you drive so it is being subject to wear and tear so changing the oil is a good idea
