Default engineer in qld for LA and airsprings????

does anyone know who and where i can get a long arm kit engineer certified in queensland?
Ive also just been told that i cannot run airsprings as the only "airbag" that is legal in qld is the helper airbags. Anyone care to share??? I thought that range rovers came with airsprings standard, so how can they be illegal?

Anything can be legal if it comes standard on a new vehicle & passed ADR's, vehicle modifications is a completely different thing

THe Airbag Man has full coil replacement airbags kits, I saw a Patrol at OL brisbane being fitted about 18 months.
