Easiest thing is to figure the required length and use flexible type hoses rather than pre-formed hose.

http://www.summitracing.com/search/B.../?autoview=sku

(US site but its available here too)

Or bend up some wire the required shape (coathanger wire works best) and take that down to somewhere like Bursons, Repco and go from there.

Excellent info Richo thanks for that, I was pondering the exact problem myself with my cj7/ wrangler engine swap

For my Willys truck I made the shapes with "number 8 Wire" ( I am from NZed) I couldn't find the right shapes at Repco, Supercheap etc, so went to a hose supply place and bought the angles, joiners and clips and made them up. A bit of mucking around but it works fine.

For hard to get hoses on trucks ,forklifts ,etc we used to make steel pipes using exhaust pipe bends with straight rubber hose at either ends.
Can also use copper.

Try looking for a hz holden i think, they came out with 350 chev so off the shelf hose fits for top and bottom (depending where you put your donk compared to radiator) i used them for a while with my cj7 before i went the ribbed flexi hose.

Too many variables to even guess a part #.
What radiator do you have in it?
What side do the pipes fit to?
What thermo housing do you have on it?
What water pump?

I like the idea of big copper pipes all polished and bling!
