Default "Manufacturer's faults"

Hey guys

I've had this '13 JK for about 9 months now, bought it ex-demo. Have had a few issues and was wondering if anyone else had them or had any advice - everyone at the dealership in town is a complete asshat.

It's got about 28k on the clock. So far under warranty I've had a rubber suspension mount replaced, a water pump replaced as it was 'about to seize,' and yesterday a radiator hose and brake line replaced and moved as they were rubbing on the steering box/something else and worn through.

They keep telling me these problems are manufacturer's faults.

I am wondering what's going to happen when my warranty runs out, and more of these 'faults' turn up. Does anyone think talking to Jeep themselves may help?
I tried talking to the service manager yesterday (after waiting 6 hours for them to replace the radiator hose) and he told me what the receptionist had already told me, then walked away before I could ask anything more. Every time I go in there I get stuffed around, kept in the dark, and stranded 50km from home because they need to get parts overnight from Melbourne, I do not want to deal with them any more.

Don't know what to say.....there are a few sort of common things that you read about, but I guess it depends on the vehicle.
My MY13 JK is at 48K and had one thing done under warranty (which just expired), and that was fairly minor in the scheme of things......
No other dealers in your general area? I know some dealers are absolutely woeful on their after sales support....which is incredibly short sighted of them given you wouldn't now go back to buy another vehicle from them.
My own local FCA Jeep dealer seems to be the exception to the rule, I've found them to be quite good.

I'm surprised a jeep dealership would even notice a faulty water pump.
Who's finding the faults, you or them?

I just called Jeep Assist and got great help. My '15 JK was overheating, called up JA and the tow truck showed up within 30 minutes. It then got towed to the nearest dealer/service and the TIPM was replaced under warranty. Took them 3 weeks though but was given a free rental Camry unfortunately..wanted a SRT...

Mine is a July 2013 build, got it new in April 2014 just about to clock up 30k and the only issue I have had is a leaking roof. Besides that it has been spot on. It has been at a dealer once to do the mirror recall and had the header rubber replaced at the same time, servicing is done at dbor.

Session,
Where are you located?
I had similar issues with my 07 JK.
It turns out to be the dealer I was dealing with.
I would buy another Jeep but not from them.
