your d30 should hold up ok for a while... when it does break something replace it with a stronger bits... but if you can sleeve it this and I think i remember a previous thread seening you had gussets... plus there are plenty of tj's out there with d30 and running 35's some even 37's

if a TJ on 37's can survive on a D30 then perhaps I have a chance - cheers Mate - my plan was to chuck it away if I pretzeled it - but I have no idea what I'd replace it with (and I have an ARB locker in there -prob worth more than the d30 LoL) - I think I will look at getting it sleeved & maybe trussed

I guess those that said you can't do the steps with a 2dr shorty Jeep in the rain are 100% wrong! Even the Mrs was smiling!

Plus I also think that DBOR does a exchange program with the housings already done but double check.

In relation to your video's the track has erodded a bit especially at the rock, i was up there late last year and it didn't look that bad
