Hi, when shopping for parts is there any way of getting the shipping cost without having to pay for the product first then if not satisfied with the quote having to apply to get your payment refunded, is the refund 100% paid back or do we lose money on the currency exchange (twice) & any fees. Why do we need to pay for the product first in order to get a shipping quote?
