If you want load carrying, look at what they do for them commercially. They have a very thick leaf at the bottom of the pack so that when it goes down a little it does nothing until it comes into play & then it stops most of the bending.
I have sports as well. 1" lift standard on them.
THanks LB,

Am about to buy a second hand standard XJ leaf pack so just wondering what leaf to pick from that (since not looking for more lift, but a bit better load carry and some more 'solid' feel in the read end...wait, that didnt sound right, but you get what I mean

What you described with that bottom leaf, would that be like a add-a-leave thats than the bottom one, kinda flat?

second hand standard XJ leaf pack will do nothing for you. Its flatter than the sport one. You would be far better getting packs off an XA XB or XC falcon, some say the ute is better.
The bottom leaf I mentioned is normally just about flat & normally about 2X as thick as the others.

Thanks for the advice there LB, will cancel the buying of that pack than.
I thought any extra leaf would do at least something regarding making it less "sloppy" to drive in the rear, but I understand this is not the case?
