I know that you already know this Roler, but you obviously need reminding.

No, don't just drop this cliffhanger and go, lol. Why did you drill holes and then washed it , oh RB?

BTW: surprising little plate work damage from than little dip in the hole?

Gonna be bit of a gamble to cut the connector and then find myself unable to get the plug apart or wire out...and have to drive it on 5 cylinders....

EDIT: Never mind. Remembered I had a spare injector plugs + rail somewhere in the garage. Cut an old plug off to have a go. Once a stubborn little plastic cap was sacrificed, a pocket screw driver into to female end of the plugs allows for the wires to be pushed out the back. There is always something that needs to be sacrificed.

The # injector plug on the donor has a similar damaged spot like mine....could be I found an obscure cause for stumble on idle
Gotcha... I will be pulling apart the connector to the #1 injector on mine tomorrow. I'll take pics so it makes more sense.

Glad you worked it out though.

I think I'll just go with cutting the wires on the current #1 connector and use one from the ' donor rail' to replace it with . Will have to do some 'micro soldering' on those tiny little wires.
