Smile Baal Bone Gap

Hello all, Thinking of heading to Baal Bone Gap coming from Ben Bullen, heading from East to West. Anyone been out there recently? Im in a stock JKU with 32' muddies, other than the steep slab which looks tricky but Im going with a Landcruiser with a winch, can anyone comment on what the rest of the track is like? Cheers, Veronica

East to West is the easiest direction, it's a very nice scenic trip.

There's another pinch point or two at the start if you go in directly opposite Blackfellows hand trail, but you shouldn't have too much issue.

Just let the traction control do its thing and you'll be fine.
Make sure you stop in the ferny part and get out and have a bit of a walk around. You miss alot just driving thru.
A stunning drive , only beaten by Mt Airly.

You’ll be ok with the track, it’ll be fun.

Don’t count on the cruiser’s winch unless you have recovery points on your bumpers.

Thanks guys, the weather has been dry so figured that won't be any worry. Is the tow eye hook under the shitty plastic stock front bar not a rated recovery point?
