Default Trip to Fraser towing camper trailer

Hi, has anyone recently been to Fraser Island. Going in November towing my camper trailer-first trip with it.

Has anyone had any problems towing a camper trailer as am worried about the weight of trailer.

Default Camper Trailer

Jockey, just came back from fraser a couple weeks ago and their was Camper trailers everywhere, their was also a couple of Caravans, they weren't going to far though. If your only going to tow the camper up the beach and park it you will be fine, pretty hard going to cross the island east-west or vise versa with the camper though.
We were running 20 psi in the tyres crossing the island as it was soft. If they have had rain like we are in Brisbane today it should be even better.

Hutch is right, there ar many people who tow campers around the island without any dramas.

The inland tracks are not imposible, but once you hit the single lane stuff, you will quickly become a PITA to all other users of the road. That said, I have towed canoe and gear trailers all over Fraser without too many dramas, even in the 'harder' (nothing on Fraser is really that hard) areas.

Where were you planning to camp??
