Jks quick discos knocking

My Jeep has seen several rounds of suspension upgrades and I’ve been chasing knocking noises all the way. I had the shorter discos for up to 3” lift, now that I’m at 4” I have the longer ones installed. I’ve got the ride nice and have eliminated all knocks except for one which happens at low speeds when cornering over a bump. So entering or exiting a driveway I happens every time. If I pull the disconnects the knocking disappears and thinking back, I reckon I must have had the same issues with the shorter discos cause I’d never notice knocking while out wheeling (disconnected) but would hear it when back on the he tarmac.
My mechanic says the bushes in the discos are good, but the bloke at pedders says they’re not. They look fine to me. I can’t see any where that the swaybar or links are hitting something, but I feel that this is probably what’s happening. Any clues?

It's a longshot but does it only happen when you go up your driveway on an angle? My old Jk used to squeak every time I would go over rough ground or go up my driveway on an angle, never if I went up square on. I thought it was the swaybar links because it was quiete as a mouse when they were disconnected but even after changing them out the noise was still there.
I chased the problem for about 2 years and eventually just to make sure I'd tried everything because it was driving me crazy, I tightened the bullbar mounts and the bolts on one side were not very tight which was causing the bar to move slightly and squeak every time I'd go up my driveway. Problem solved. Could possibly be your problem too.

There is a lot of movement in the bushings in the JKS disconnects, even if the bushes are new, they are still likely to make some noise. I reckon you'll never eliminate them as a source of knocking and will probably just need to get used to it, or turn the radio up a little.

I think you may be right Jason. Though if anyone else has ideas I’d be keen to hear them. They’re definitely not hitting a bull bar. It’s not an easy noise to get used to as it’s quite a loud knock and makes the old girl seem in much worse condition than she is

I am trying to remember any issues with mine - was a long time ago and think I ended up just leaving mine zip tied up and eventually making my own on my TJ because the ones I bought groaned and clunked. Wasn't the best pair on the market, I admit. If the fit isn't perfect I know they can be make some music. If they move up and down maybe wrap some teflon tape on the bolt to make the fit more snug? If it is left and right I would guess it is a nut tightening issue.
