PaulJK mine is the 2 door, I have considered lifting, measuring after settle and go from there with tyres. However, I've had no real issues with ground clearance where I drive, but would prefer a fraction more traction. So my thinking is beefier tyres without lift for now, if I can get away with it.

After having a bit of a look, should I be considering 285s or 295s?
The Duratracs are certainly on the list of tyres to look at when I change mine.

With a 2dr if you're not having clearance issues now then I'd throw the tyres on and leave the lift as it is for now. You can always upgrade that later if you want to. You'll get a little more height from the 33's and and lot more traction.

Given you're not desperatly chasing height I'd stick with the 285's. You'll have less chance of rubbing issues than with the 295's and they are a far more common size so you'll have more choice in rubber and possibly get them cheaper.

Have you thought about Procomp Extreme MT2's?

Just ordered some for my new Rubi for when it arrives. I am told that they are very quiet for a MT and handle well on wet roads. As for off road......awesome.

Check out the link.....http://www.quadratec.com/products/92609_15XX_PG.htm

Cheers, Craig

Looks like it may be a little too aggressive for me but let us know when you get em on, if it's going to handle fine on the street and not too noisy then it'll work for me.

Set of rims have caught my eye and continue to toss up whether or not to do those as well before I select tyres
