I mean, why not test them on a compressor in a heated chamber. Heat has a very bad influence on reliability in general.

I just saw my boost hoses today as I revved the engine after changing oil, air and fuel filters at 120,000kms - they expand quite a lot!!
Thats not the testing that we will be doing, basically what I will be doing is fitment and clearance tests, essentially samco has gone through all those sorts of materials tests and now just had to make a form for our production hoses.

I suspect they are waiting to hear back from a few sources on fitment and such before ramping up for production.

I was suspecting that zluster

I would expect Samco to do the real stress test in their test beds of which they probably have plenty.

Not yet. They will be produced at Samco, but this week is their final test stage. If all goes well production starts next week.

Nope, still not available yet.

Also, bad news, we had a UK KJer test them on an 04, and they did not fit, and were not close.

Somewhere somehow something is off, we have part number that ED pulled up for us, and they showed to be the same as our versions.

Anyways, I think it is only a model year difference issue, we just need to take a step back and see exactly what is what and make some other inquires to jeep about which parts are which.
