Wj V8 fuel pump o ring

Sick of priming my key 3 or 4 times to start the bloody car, who has repaired this and is it easier to replace the hole pump set up and where would I get the parts required cheers

I've not had to repair, nor replace the fuel pump but to be honest, if you have to go to the trouble of pulling the thing out it's probably easier to replace it. Then you can replace the o-ring on the bench and keep it as a spare in case of emergencies.

I just jumped on ebay, didn't realise they were so cheap, picked up a whole new fuel pump set up for 79 bux, I've read some places instead of dropping the whole fuel tank out which is a major pain in the ass, you can angle grind a hole in the spare wheel well, anyone done this

I've read this too, buts it's a fairly ghetto fix.
By the looks of it the tanks not too hard to drop, just a bit of time.
I need to do mine too, always have to let it prime for 5 seconds or so

Yeah true, I'm gonna give it a crack if I screw up the hole I'm not going to see it, it's hidden in the spare wheel well which I'll never look at ahahah
