Dismantled and cleaned my NSS unit, Yay I have reversing lights again. Also installed new front disks and pads. That was easier than I expected and no more squeel. Bought a pair of PIAA spotties of Quokka (tradingpost) but had to fab up some brakets to fit them to the stock bar. Got a nifty switch device so I don't have to wire any switches to the cab. It uses the high beam flash signal to actuate a relay for the spotties.

8 hours of work, would be faster the second time and I can give you some advice on the challenges I had and how to avoid them. I bought all bushes from Rock Auto for $160 delivered. I had them in 5 working days from when I placed the order.

Then look at another wheel alignment and check the castor again. The lower control arms were particularly hard to get in as well as lining up the braces. Read as much as I could before doing it, so expected the alignment problems. Still - something you should allow a weekend for just to be safe - not a sunday arvo!
Well as an update, it appears to be a worthwhile mod once the lift height goes up. The ride is much smoother. I really noticed it over some bumps which used to jar a bit - but now, no worries. Can't wait to flex it up (then I probably need to extend my brakelines (relocated before) and put in longer shocks or extend them and longer bumpstops again.
