i don't really know how many wheels spins it take to lock up, i think it took a little bit too long for me, i may have put to much fritction modifier, i will take some oil out and add some without friction modifier.
i don't really know as well about the articulation. i'll try to look at it next time.

I have read elsewhere that the lube\friction modifier mix can be a bit tricky till you get it sorted.Keep us posted.Have also seen vids on youtube with varilocks spinning wildly and also others hardly spinning at all.

Freerider170, do you disconnect front sway? I get about double the front articulation with bottom sway link bolt out and cable tie link.

Just a quick caution, try it on "level" ground(somewhere safe) first and check droop side on full flex that you still have pressure on the spring...you dont want to spit a spring out going up the widow maker track...could spoil the rest of your day!!Just saying cause you said front springs for 3-4 inch lift.I measured about 13inch on front and about 16 inch on rear with no sways on my 2.7.Got elcheapo lift kit comprising rubber spacers cut from horsefloat rubber on front and rear std springs..maybe 1inch lift if lucky.Do check first, probably be ok,better to know.

Mine commences engaging about 3/4 of a turn differential between the wheels and is almost fully locked within 2 turns differential
