I'm on board, I fill with Caltex only so far. as with TassieMav I too had no problem with first two fills.

I have found for me the best way to fill is to turn the nozzle upside down, rotate to the right slightly whereby the nozzle handle is pointing toward the rear of the Jeep slightly. I found this to work the best for me.

Like most of you having trouble filling up with diesel I had the same problem and took it back to my dealer out at Berwick and they changed the filler neck.

It turned out to be a venting problem and they replaced with an upgraded one from Chrysler.Problem now fixed, I can fill up as fast as I like. (Dia for it is 19mm) There is a vent at the end of the filler neck that is the problem.

See your local dealer and have them replace it, Chrysler know that it is a problem and don't let them say no there isn't.
