I blame the wife, if they didnt complain so much when we spend money on our Jeeps i would of just chucked a new radiator in it.
when the newer engine went in i changed plugs and oil i haven't done trans fluid. tyre pressures seem ok, and the thermo hasn't been locked on with a screw to lock it up.
When i was in Tasmania going up to Alpine steep drives it started over heating and on the first one it went to the red zone (at least it still had water albeit hot). I have had it over heat in Adelaide since also.

they also leak at the heater core , they also overheat due to air trapped in the system , they do have alloy rads selling on e bay , (don't know what there like) most of them made of ......PLASTIC...... if code coming through then sola annoyance it is . try sticking on the air con to see if it kicks in ?

I bought one of the all alloy pieces for my Hilux when the radiator crapped itself. The ally one didn't last too long before springing a leak where the tubes meet the top tank, apparently common with them.

Easy solutions Bleet,
1. Flip the image... done
2. Battery not required when the flux capacitor is installed down the back

that's why I said mirror , you would not need the air filter box of course ,
should be no reason to move battery right ?
time to move and make new lines for the air con though , you might find where both bolt on to the engine get in the way. and room for the power steering pump ?
worked out ? kind of thinking that the brackets that hold the ting might be in the way , time to engineer !!! might have to build a pump with a separate reservoir placed to the side of inner guard ,
and when all this is done , when are you going to get a electric motor vari speed for the water pump ? less acc on the belt means MORE hp !!!!
now wheres that little fluff dog ? I need to test more coils LOL .

Yep, water pump to go in last after Hydroboost, recon donk, fit Paxton, Water/Meth, Battery, 2800 stall torque converter, tranny upgrade.
Much further down the list will be cooler fuel rail and removal exo
