Gidday All,

Just Installed The GME-TX3540 Remote Mic 5 Watt UHF CB Radio With WA CB Radio High Performance Antenna Whip 477 MHz 6.6 dBi Gain (custom built by WA CB Radio) Awesome Peice Of Kit They Designed It Themselves, I located The Unit Under The Dash Left Hand Drivers Side, The Hand Peice Is Located Just Below My IPF Driving Light Switch (cannot see in photo) & Just Above The Cabin Air Intake Temp Tube

I had The Boys From WA CB Radio Complete The Installation, They Did An Awesome Job Very Quick & Very Neat, & Proffesionaly Finished Off I Thoroughly Recommend Them

That's the problem with the MT/R 37's they can't be balanced, you need to run balance bags inside the tyres and you end up with a wobble when the bags are settleing. My wobble is at about 65kph, above that its ok and below is ok

Hey HGR, have you got an AEV front bar? If so, did you look at alternatives on attaching your antenna to the hoop? Can't say that the ring around the hoop looks best.
You could have welded a flat plate to the back of the hoop (but would mess up the powder coat).
What about direct mount into the bottom part of the bar or into one of the existing holes near the winch mount? Or attached mid way up the bonnet?
