Default XJ Extractors fit up and mods

Have fitted up the second hand set of Genie Wildcat extractors plus the pipe to the cat also. Reused bracket bar from the old pipes that goes to the rubber mount before the cat, it has that dish shaped piece that is designed for the rubber mount. Today picked up 2 x 2.5 inch and 2 x 2.25inch predrilled exhaust flanges plus gaskets. Will fit up tommorow to the join between the pipe to Cat 2.5 inch flange and the 2.25 inch flange between the cat and the muffler. This mod will make servicing much nicer specially living out of town and doing own maint.
Breaks the exhaust system down into 4 owner serviceable components. I have used these flanges before with good success.
cheers

never got to doing all the plumbing around the motor so will find out tomorrow. I really hate doing exhaust work seriously.
The cat was a replacement and in good nick but the muffler needed welding so I guess I wiil replace after rego. I gather you guys know something I dont? These Wildcats maybe sound good. Maybe?
