Most would run 285/70x17 for a 33" tyre....I believe you can go a little wider on the stock 7.5" rim, but I personally wouldn't.

As for pressure, everyone likes something a little different.....I run 35PSI on my 255/75x17 OEM Goodyears.....but could probably get a way with less...I should do the chalk test and see how they go.
You chalk a band across the tread, and roll down the street in a straight line.....if the centre of the chalk band rubs off, the pressure is too high, if the sides rub off leaving the centre, the pressure is too low.......its a rough guide.

i have 2 inch lift, stock fenders, i fit 265/70/17 on the stock wheel, can I go higher or is the stock wheel is limited?

Stock wheel offset will be the limiting factor.......most people can fit up to 285/70x17 without it causing any problem....with a 2" lift, and some wheels with less backspace, you could go bigger.

Some ppl rub full lock on sway bar with 285 but it's nothing to be alarmed about

I have 285s on my stocks, absolutely no problems. Think of it more as a disclaimer.
