Question WH passenger side no cold

I'm having an issue with my 2005 GC-L WH:
the passenger side has NO cold at all(barely drops versus outside air, it comes out warm on a hot day), but the airflow is similar to the driver side.

It does get heat, as switching the selector to high temp gets super toasty, so it goes from super hot to "ambient" temp.

I took the glovebox out to check if the blend door shaft was broken as i've seen it googling but no, the plastic piece is solid, the servo moves freely AND i can move the blend door manually and freely with no resistance until it clunks on both ends of the travel.

I turned on the AC and moved the blend door manually and the same happens, goes from warm to hot never cold.

OFC i also discovered that the gear adapter for the recirculation flap was broken and the piece laying down on the insulation.

And IIRC, the rear passenger outlets also have no cold

¿what can i check?, do i need to take out the entire dash?(hope not, i can't do it, and it's gonna get expensive).

I still need to check for DTC..

Edit 21/1:
I fixed the recirc toothed key, then checked and there were indeed recirc door travel/open motor(because i unplugged it) and RH blñend door range(as it was disconnected), i cleaned up the DTC, then performed an actuator calibration which ended up with success and no DTC.
But the problem remains, i also cannot do a "colddown test" as it says "unit does not support it", but there are stored data from the last cold down test...
