Default Electric Brake Controller install in WK2

Hi All
I am new to the forum and have a question, I need to install a Brake controller probably a Redarc remote. The leg airbag limits the options on what controller I can get and placement !
Has anyone else installed one and where did you put the control buttons on the dash or surrounds ? If this has been discussed before, could some one kindly please point me to the thread.

Put mine P3 controler in the center concole area
Took out the Redarc control the dealer fitted
Thought it was crap, as it was not proportional.

Hi
Thanks for your help, Redarc now has a proportional controller with remote control called the Towpro. I am attracted by the remote small knob on the dashboard as opposed to the Tekonsha box, as there isn't that much space around the dash, I am thinking of putting it in the wood trim on the right of the steering wheel, but was hoping for other options.
Does anyone have one of these new controllers ?

I have fiited quite a few of these & they are excellent. the main control box can be mounted SECURELY in any position & it sets itself on initial start-up. don't just poke it somewhere...if it moves, it will think its the vehicle moving & you may get errors.

I have recently installed the same brake controller in my WK2 summit. I mounted the controller under the passenger front seat. There are a couple of computers in there but there is plenty of room. As for the remote head, I mounted this just in front of the transmission lever and center storage compartment. Pretty easy and straight forward job.
