Default Engine conversions.

Ok so the common LS series V8 is probably the most common engine shoehorned into a TJ, what others would be a great candidate?

All I can really think of is the humble Barra turbo motor and Toyotas 1UZFE
What else is out there that would be a worthy conversion?

Commins have been working on a crate diesel engine called "Cummin Re-power". I don't think its too far of hitting the market and TJ's are its major target.
