I splashed out and bought the autoenginuity diagnostic program. It has a feature whereby you can program different tyre sizes into the applicable ecu, which then corrects any inaccuracy caused by bigger tyres.

Does that program run off a laptop or is it a phone or tablet app? What is the cost?

Oky, the 2nd tank of fuel went thru. Stats:
812km, 68lt. Equals 11.93 km/lt, 8.38l/100km, 33.7mpg. All highway, sitting on the speed limit, 70% 110kmh and 30% 100kmh. Still fully loaded. Now, is it getting better as we go, or just coincidence? Matt? The only downside is the fumes out the back, and a bit of black on a the paintwork immediately surrounding the tailpipes. I think I'll delete the rear mufflers and extend the pipes a little until I can afford to to the cat back system. We'll be towing a 2.4 tonne van ( that's loaded weight), so it will interesting to see the impact 700nm of torque has.

Haven't had a chance to monitor the egt or anything else atm. Once I get time, I'll set the computer and AE up and do a bit of tripping up Toowoomba hill. That should sort the men from the boys Will post the results once I'm done.

Fitted the DPF delete pipe tonight on my car, will report dyno results tomorrow. Interesting we did the before run and the boost was lower (26psi) than how we tune them now (30psi) so I'm looking forward to see how it comes up, we originally tuned it in 2014 and it's not been on the dyno since. I will also do a before and after dyno run with intercooler pipe muffler delete but honestly not really expecting much.
Additionally, we tuned the 5-speed trans today, we can do quite a lot with it but I'm tipping it's going to need adjusting to suit the engine after tomorrows tuning so I'll report back on that once it's sorted.
