Yeah I'm at Sandgate, you been stalking people again? Your parole officer won't be impressed!

It's been going on behind the scenes for around a year, I was off sick with the flu the other day si I decided to post some pics. Daytime TV was doing my head in...

Are you running the patrol diffs at the full width? Do you have any pics of how far they stick out from the guards?

Patrol diffs come in a few different widths. I have the widest GU ones and with wheels that are pos 12 and 12.5 wide tyres they are maybe 10mm outside the guards. Really have to be unlucky to be pulled up on it... I had GQ on there with the rear shortened (i think it 100mm to match the front) and they were well under... I had jeep style spring hangers welded on there so they were basically bolt on once you got the tail shafts sorted. I still have them but someone has put their hand up for them. Let me know if you are interested and if the sale falls through I will let you know...

Good point. They must be at the exact same angle otherwise you will get bump steer. Looks to me that the Nissan frame bracket was used at both ends and the height of the Jeep steering box and pitman arm not taken into account.
Is important to get these heights right as also sets your roll centre. That has to be worked in with the rear too as you should not have too much difference between them.
