Mark just make sure you place your fingers on the back side of the handle ( the whole 4 of them) don't pull lever till you hear it unlock. See if that works... Cheers
Hi thanks read it and contacted poster and all fixed. Took trim off around rear door striker and low and behold plug was left unplugged by the auto electrician. All fixed.
