Get the gears & lockers done first and go straight to 4.56. NOTHING is going to make your rig more capable and it's one of the biggest jobs that you need to do.
Then as you get more money, then start on the other bits....BUT IMHO get the gears & lockers NOW.
That sounds like a really good idea. I'm also thinking of going to 33"s, and was planning to do it in two big hits, the first one involving the lift and so forth.

But if I go for the gears first it means that I can gradually do everything else rather that having to save heaps for the second hit. (which would have been gears etc)

If I go for the 4.56 will I have any problems running my tiny 29"s until I put the lift and new tyres.

Default Tyre/Rim Size Question

Manuel,

I ran 4.56 with 31's for ages. The rpm is a bit high at hwy speeds, and you'll probably not use 1st gear until you get bigger tyres - but it's no big issue really.

Actually Manuel, why don't you just pick up a cheap set of used 31" muddies?

Oh yeah you'll LOOOVE the feeling of power with 4.56 & tiny tyres

The 31"s will be a good option, especially for road use. Although I get the feeling they will never get used as the 33"s will look too good.

Power...mmmmm... that might be a bit of a problem, some people seem to think I have a heavy foot when it comes to teh accelerator
