Got charged $55.00 for pushing the front diff rubber mount out and the new poly mount in ,,Happy with that.
The test run everything sounded nice and tight with the diff mounts from Egypt and a new front drive shaft rear CV joint, loaded up with extra Greece I could pack in and wiped off the excess as it was bolted to the transfer case.
A few
knocks and rattles, but that's a Jeep? ...wondering exhaust pipe mounts? Front end suspension no play anywhere.

We have REALLY BEEFY front swaybar mounts for your consideration. These are over 10lbs a set of solid steel mounts. They come with our poly bushings and can be made to fit up to 35mm diameter sway bars.

These are installed in few vehicles only. The shipping cost is high due to their weight. I personally have been using them in our WK for over 12 months and have not modified them, which is actually a good sign of how satisfied I am with them. 😂

Can you elaborate on why you think they need to be so solid? I imagine there's a good reason since you've gone to the effort of making them. But I don't think anyone here has ever felt that our stock brackets were a weak-point.
More that the bushes themselves wear out... which is inevitable really.
Is there something about having such a solid bracket which reduces wear on the bushes?

I designed them based on the fact that I have a 34mm front swaybar. The stock mounts with aftermarket Moog bushings were only good for 6 months and the bushings were oblong. The Moog's actually did better than OEM rubber ones. We thought of a longevity solution again. The problems, in my mind, arise from two factors. The shape of the mount and the material of the bushing. We designed our mounts to be much wider than OEM. This way they only allow torsional forces of the swaybar without any give for any other type of force. We also wanted the bushings to have cylindrical shape. We believe this shape is the best and most natural bushing shape to handle these forces. We now have full control now over the material of the bushing so we chose a special blend of poly for the bushing material, gave it the proper thickness, built in grease grooves internally and mounted a zerk fitting. Those have been subjected to merciless driving environment for over a year and have yet to show any problems. Our main objective is to provide a high performance, long term solution which we believe have been met (so far [emoji1]).
