That is pretty bad also upgrading to a heavy duty aftermarket Ball joint is much better, just remember to keep them greased up, if they dry up they will where out very quickly. I check mine monthly
Got home from workin on Jeeps all day & tore me wheels off & Plasti Dipped em too cover up trail rash , came up a treat with a very slight wrinkle finish due too the sudden drop in temp , now they match the Rockrails & front bar
