Default WG 2.7 CRD New Injector Overfueling

Hello all,

Just finally finished replacing injector 4 and 5 after troubleshooting my issues with injector 1 with a forum member here.

It seems that injector 4 is significantly overfueling compared to the rest. The injector is a remanufactured bosch injector by a company names "Alanko". The injector came with a certificate saying it's been tested.

My question to you all, could the new injector be faulty? Or could it have to do with my installation?

Thanks all

Air may do that and see if the values flactuate while revving it a bit keep it under 2000rpm ..
Also check the return and measure it into a cup

I don't like remanufactured injectors, you never really know what you're getting. I think the injector classification can also be problematic too with a reman injector.

I doubt the install would be problematic, more likely a dodgy injector. Number 4 and 5 seem to have more issues, I expect heat factors into this as they're back in the engine bay.

Tried revving it a bit, driving it around the block. Didn't change anything in the values and definitely felt down on power. Looks like another chapter in the never ending injector saga is about to start.

I would definitely prefer to buy new injectors if possible but I can only seem to find remanufactured ones here in Europe.

Take it out and go test it but go in with the guy that tests it let him explain the flow and return
The test will show if its over fueling, under fueling or sticky
A small piece of dirt or debris can impact these injectors ..ive taken them apart cleaned them and assembled them worked way better
Its not a factory sealed unit and only specialised persons that can work on them ..
Once the coil in the head packs up its a different story but the rest inside is real easy it needs to be clean like 100 times cleaner than icu ward
