Mr EJ the cost of all the bit's is approximately $150-$160 ish , a couple of bit's I got from work .
Compared to the TJM compressor I used that cost me $250, it now takes seconds... the TJM compressor took an eternity.

As for an air tank I dunno if I'll need one but I most likely will put one in like this ...maybe?

Ebay $ 75... 3Ltr - 40cm long - 10cm wide - 16cm tall
( that's if I can fit it underneath )
http://stores.ebay.com.au/The4wdshop...Q3amesstQQtZkm

The setup I've used is mostly a copy of Krankione's but slightly different as where I did'nt use the return line from the pressure switch back into the air line, as like you can see with the setup he's posted above.

I went to talk to the guy who make's the the endless air system's and he's assured me that that return line at the pressure switch is only needed for an electric motor start up, so I was told to block it off, just like he duz.

Stu you will notice that where I cut the intake line I've tapt the alloy piping with a 1/4 inch bsp tread then put in a threaded port then glued it in with araldite ( it's only an intake theres no pressure ) then fitted an oiler.

The output line is cut and clamped to a brass fitting to go into the filter ( make sure you use clamp's that can handle high pressure ) then trough a check valve then to the pressure switch.

The power wire from the compressor then go's to the pressure switch, then to a 10amp fuse, then to an ignition source.

As for the hardware it's pretty simple... it's basicly what ya see in our pic's. ( use an oiler )

Indertdxj has given a couple of the link's I've been looking at and there is a few more out there, of all the searching I've done I havent seen anyone use their original SANDEN 709T compressor.

You'll also find that most of their setup's use air tank's cos' they use air locker's - airbags or something else.

I've built this to air up tyres cos' I got sick of waiting forever for something that should only take second's ,
now it's my disco's I wanna change to a better system.
