Made a ramp at home in the carport to test out the car with no bumpstops done.

Heres some pics... I think I need at least 2inches... there was plenty of room in between the stock bump stops when flexed out as far as I could get it (at the time).

I used a roller out of a boat trailer - blue one that I already had cut up from another project. These fit in really well and bolted in.

yep used a boat roller $12 from BCF it did both sides

So since I was heading out today, I got up at 6:30am and started on this...(took 2 hours)

First...cut the mallet in half with a hacksaw (easy).


Then removed the spring and released the shock...


Then inserted the mallet half into the spring and applied araldite...


Glued in place...

And then flexed it up...

It is spot on (for a DIY job anyway).... About 3-4mm space between tyre and flare at full lock and hard against the bump stop.
