Default JK Replacement Parts List including error codes

Below images with German aftermarket turbo hoses I hope gives you an answer how they evolved in time from a 177 HP Jk to 200 HP Jk:

Images source:

JK 177 CP : http://www.ks-tuning.de/de/Angebote/...-PS.html<br />

JK 200 CP: http://www.ks-tuning.de/de/Angebote/...er-200-PS.html

Personally I run with the last model of Mopar turbo hoses on my 177 Hp Jku since 100k km and had no problems so far, looking good!

Hi Guys anyone know what pressure and what size radiator cap is used on the coolant overflow bottle for 2008 JK diesel. Know anywhere you can buy a new one apart from dealer.

1. JK Wrangler 177 Hp Engine (VM 49 C):
1. Diesel injector code: BOSCH 0 445 115 067
Price quotations Germany Departo.de or from the UK

2. Starter (aftermarket):
Manufacturer Alanko
Alanko code 439 607
EAN 2210912931638
Price quotation: UK
Note: Replaced the stock starter (Delco) after 178k km and the starter from Alanko is working and currently starting perfect (cold start tests tested -25C ).
Advise: A friendly advise - refurbishing the stock DELCO starter is PITA and might cost you more than a new one .... therefore better buy a new one!
Two of my friends including myself tried to resuscitated a DELCO starter and after ~ 2000 km the bendix was dead ... AGAIN!

3. OEM Axle shaft Slinger: 05083669AA (plastic - item 4 in THIS picture)

MOPAR CODE: 52060398AC
SKF CODE: BR930612
Online catalogue SKF: http://www.skfpartsinfo.com/
Price Quotation and Dimensions: USA
Advise: Avoid by all means Crown.
My last CROWN waheal bearing lasted <10.000 km whereas the stock factory bearing lasted 150.000 km.

5. Water Pump (VM 49C engine)
MOPAR Code: 68027359AA
Gates POWERGRIP TIMING BELT KIT: K015645XS
SKF Timing Belt Kit & Water Pump: VKMC 08502 [EAN 7316575923600]

Has anyone found a replacement pcv valve for the 3.8l? I have been struggling. Have found a mopar one on ebay for around $50 delivered which seems ludicrous. The other option I have atm is import the OMIX-ADA Part #:17404.13 pcv valve from quadratec at about $27Aud shipped which is Ok price wise bt could take weeks
