That might be a little tricky simply due to the size of the WG. Maybe drop the spare as low as possible, just below the top bumper face and sit it upright. This might give just enough room to swing the window past. Otherwise you may have to offsett the spare out further to get the clearance. Might start to look a bit daggy but not a lot of room. Hard to tell till you have a bumper made. Looks like the spare in the pic is nearly level with the roof and it's a stock spare.
Don't forget to swap the swing out direction too so it opens left for our roads.
The window may just be a limitation we have to put up with.
