Glad you worked it out though.

You guys realize that you are talking 2 different connectors. vernicious is talking #1 diesel injector, Roler is talking #1 petrol injector. Completely different connectors.

This morning in traffic, noticed the aux fan didnt work when AC selected. It did yesterday when checking after I rewired it. It is now going straight to the aux fan through the connections in the pic below. Checked the 40A cooluing fan fuse, its good. Will check the rest tonight when home. Not sure why it stopped working.

Q: that OEM quick disconnect type of connector that I now have taken out, that did not have any voltage regulator or something capacity in it, right? Just thinking I might have burned the fan motor or something (although I wouldnt know why, it worked yesterday after the fix)

electrics....not my ballgame.

Jeez I feel so stupid, but for some reason have trouble to find an answer on this:
how do I test "power to the electric fan" or any component or part as such?
Do I diconnect it from the two wires going to the fan and measure volts across those two with a multimeter? Sorry for this, like you know by now electrics is not my thing and if anyting I dont wanna stuff thing up by doing test procedures the wrong way and fry things
