My guess

center rear brake flex line runs down to near center of diff and connects to the hard line that run out along the diff at least it looks very close the CJ one that does that

The clip thingos go in the half doors for removal of the top half of the door.

The door slides into those thingos - sorry... i couldnt muster up a better name.
