Default Car fires to be investigated and they aren't Jeeps lol

Looks like Hyundia may take the spotlight off Jeep for catching fire, I wonder if it will get the airplay that Jeep problems get, from the media.

So in the end, what were causing the fires for Jeep? Was it aircon gas leaks?

It was only related to the petrol Jeeps, from memory, so I doubt it would have been a/C related. The Ford Kuga had some engine issues that was causing fires, that wasn't A/C related either.
From google I found this.
Chrysler recalling 87,000 Jeep Wranglers worldwide over fire risk. ... Chrysler knows of at least 14 complaints of fires caused by the problem with 2010 Wranglers. The company says it doesn't know of any injuries. It said debris can get trapped when the SUVs are driven off-road or through tall brush.
