Exclamation Forum Contribution - Does this apply to YOU?

Okay folks......time has has come; this applies to a certain few, they should know who they are, if they are unsure PM me and I will advise. But everyone should be aware.

ANY member writing off topic slanderous, "that's hard core" type dribble in any threads other than their own WILL be banned for one week per comment!

Sick to death of the Bull shite, you are not benefiting the forum and your dumb ass actions are the complete opposite - detrimental!

So keep it up and never return.

Simple rule for any folk not comprehending where I am going with this! - If your post does not add value to the thread, insight conversation, create further benefit, question motive etc. etc. then don't write in the thread.

Simple isn't it!

Hollywood wrote the following piece of advise in a thread recently; this is true.....offenders need to to think about their actions, because their will be a reaction

Im not saying dont destroy the wankers, but lets let some people have a crack and ask some 'noob' questions on hear without getting smashed for it aye!
I mean, if i was new to the forum and this was the first thread i looked at i wouldnt be rushing to log back on in a real hurry!

There's my sook done for now

Everyone needs to feel welcome here, AJOR was started by me over 6 yrs ago, I have learnt and acheived a lot in my time here. Driven stockers through to rockers with 42"s, and one thing for me has never changed, my opinion on people who join. If someone wants to join and ask a question.... answer it, thats why they joined and we all started out at base camp at one point.

So lets just get one with it.

Actually the purpose of this thread was to advise ANY and ALL members to give everyone, newby, hard core etc. a fair go!

Let them be individuals, impart advise (nicely) and others need to cut back on the raping of threads. No one will post up what they are doing if they feel that the hounds will be let loose on them.....This has been stated by many and several have asked for their valuable threads to be either locked or removed. Not Good!

Yes, I am one to talk as most know I constantly offer the old advise of "Use the Search function" to the disdain of some but generally I will gives advise or attach relevant links at the same time. Well some times

This thread was about naming and attempting to shame, it was not about sponsors, nor 'who spends the most' and it was not about pointing the finger, well that was not the original intention .
But more about all giving each other a break and/or a fair go!

Remember - the only dumb question is the question not asked, we don't all know everything; but collectively we can generally ALL assist each other in some facet to achieve an outcome. Slandering is not moving the forum forward and neither is pointing the finger of blame. So lets not get touchy feely but give a little slack, here and there.

Certain members are quick to give advise but don't apply it to themselves as appropriately - they too need to quit jumping on bandwagons!

But collectively its the personalities that maketh the forum.

So let bygones be bygones and move on.

PS.....others need to quit padding, they too know who they are .

For the record the site is no longer for sale.

Also some statistics for the record.
1. We get on average 8 new members joining every day
2. We are getting more interest from outside the Jeep community and more general 4x4 for advertising and support
3. AJOR is far more civil than many many other sites out there

Keep up the good work, treat everyone with respect that you expect in return.
