Default Lift hassles

Hi all, I've just fitted a 4 skyjacker lift, with adjustable trailing arms and a dropped pitman arm, the problem is after a wheel alignment the steering wheel is 180 deg out, basically upside down,,,,any advice? Can I just turn the column around at the first slip joint ?
Cheers Matty

I'd take the Jeep back to the wheel alignment place and make them fix it. It can be fixed without affecting the alignment.

Just shoddy workmanship, once it's fixed don't go back there

They didnt adjust the drag link. if you look under the front of your jeep, there is a drag link that goes from the pitman arm to the passenger side hub. You will see there are 2 nuts on the drag link close to the pitman arm. Loosen both of them off, rotate the adjuster (one side is left hand thread and the other is right hand thread) to bring steering wheel back to center, then re tighten the nuts. Its easy. I think all you need is a 15mm spanner.

And follow TJ Daves advice, and never go back lol. Why give them a second chance to screw it up.

Not really shoddy as they have likely centred the steering box
Problem probably is that neither the installer nor the aligner realises the drop pitman is likely keyed differently to stock.

You would think they'd have taken it for a test drive after doing the alignment to make sure all is ok.
