Looks awesome.

I drilled holes for the rubber pad mount bolts.
Then drilled the two tilt door skin panel clip holes (directly in line with the mounts underneath) out to 12mm dia. That's how i got the 10mm socket up in there to tighten the nuts up.
I ran a dedicated wiring loom with relay from the battery, to a dedicated switch. I haven't connected a trigger wire from any reverse wiring circuit yet. I proably won't get around to it.
I didn't take any pics as I was doing it.
I'll take more pics and put them up, but in all seriousness, I don't particularly think it looks good
But, I very often choose function over form with this thing. Well, to a point
*Edit* Pics added.
The two mounts have medium density rubber insert pads, soft enough to provide water tightness, with a stainless bolts through them. You can slide them both anywhere along the length of the light, and they swivel up and down until tightened.
I lined the mount bolt holes up with these two tailgate skin clip holes, enlarged the holes to fit a 10mm socket through to tighten the nuts.
Since I was fitting the bar facing backwards the seller advised me to seal up the wiring connection. To double ensure driving rain doesn't get in through the back door.
I used poly urethane, same stuff windscreens are stuck in with.
This is the 15w led I fitted to the tailgate a while ago. It's not bad, but nowhere near the awesomeness of the new lightbar. Plus with the camp hack trailer I need a lot more lighting, a lot higher up.
