Ok well I did lots of looking around and i'm 90% sure that as Matt says, the only one that's different is the end that attaches to the opposite end of the drag link to the pitman arm i.e. left hand end of drag link.
In any event, I got all 4 from www.mopar-wholesale.com which is a dealer in the USA, so they're all genuine parts (and stacks cheaper - all 4 were cheaper than 1 from the dealer here and handbrake shoes were $88USD compared to $500and something!!!!).
I'll install them as soon as the rest of my lift bits and pieces arrive and let you know how it goes

I just went through this process
3 of the RHD tie rods are the same as LHD. Try OMIX. The only one that you need to be genuine RHD is the drag link knuckle end one.
Ball joints are the same too.
Track Bar is different, though you can get the RHD ones Overseas if you look carefully.

i just did mine too. I ordered mine through moparpartsaustralia.com.au i think it was. Just confirmed with them that the parts were RHD, and got them in 2 days. They are "Crane" brand and cost all up less than $200. (Jeep wanted about that much just for 1 tie rod!!)

Yeah all worked fine. I can't quite remember what I ordered but I think at least 2 of them were the same - the site I bought from had RHD and LHD listings, so I just went by that.

I can highly recommend SBR off road, http://www.sbroffroad.com.au/Parts/S.../Steering.html

Vic had been great and always responds to e-mails in a quick fashion, they stock all the tie rods ends you need for the WJ.
