Default JK - Hardtop window sunshades

When touring in the JK I wanted to keep sun out of the back windows to keep the fridge cooler, and stop people looking in at all our stuff.

So a single $3 sunshade from The Reject Shop has done the trick.
It is secured with rubber bands and 3m removable clear clips.

The back window is next - that is not quite as simple due to all the hardware on the glass

None of my windows came tinted - so that's another job one day, and that will help a lot too.

I know this look is not for everyone, but it's certainly "function over form" for the sort of driving I do in S.A.

The suction cups that you get with a $3 shade are no good for anything

Oh, I had never noticed a JK hardtop without tinted glass! Cant see much through mine at all, about the same level of tint as the soft top.

But nicely setup, completely blockes everything from prying eyes.

Nothing came tinted - Jeep glass, hard top or soft top.

I made sure of mine that before I took delivery it came tinted. Summer is a killer and tint helps alot with keeping interior cool.
