Default What Would You Do?

Hi Guys,

Need an opinion on the following what would you do if you had a choice of the following 3 options as they all come to 34990, all manual and all with renegade pack (2k more) im 22 with no kids and no plans for a while and can see my self doing mostly sand (lancelin), bush, mud in that order with very little to no towing, and im trading up from a 2dr starlet so luggage space isnt really of too much concern:

-2dr diesel, (34990) with lpg (20% more power 156kw 20% more torque 492nm), tank can go where muffler is so retain luggage space. Advantage torque and the ability to retain luggage space. Disadvantage is cost to maintain diesel. Reasonably economical

- 2dr petrol (30990), on lpg (loose all the boot space and will only get about 400 to 470k's to a tank) then have the ability to spend $4000 on mods (progressivly) but at the end of the day still have very little luggage space. Advantage is SWB so better break over angle, less weight (then 4dr), easier to remove soft top, more nimble. Most economical option

- 4dr (34990), on lpg (still retain some decent luggage space and tank good for 500k's plus), no money for mods for atleast 12 to 24 months. Advantages 4drs, more space, probably better reasale value as more of a market being more suitable for a family then 2dr family. 2nd most economical.

so what would you do? opinnions , advice appreciated

sorry about the spelling and gramar (missus telling me we have to go)

I would get the four door. Always think long term, but being 22 having a girlfriend and all your camping gear etc, the four door just gives you more options.

These JK's are so good stock that you could get anywhere with just a set of new rubber on them.

I'd be inclined to think of it this way... what dis-advantages does the 4 door have to me. IMO none. Go the 4 door.
