Unlikely to be ADR compliant.

That Jeep in the photo is left hand drive(wipers). The lights are not likely to be compatible for RHD cars as they dip to the right.

Ive been looking at upgrading the headlights as well to LED, which are great, but i also want to be AU compliant. Not trying to sound like a dick, but all aussie headlights meet adr's by having that dip built in so you dont blind the oncoming trafffic on the right. I think its bullshit, because a rabbit wouldnt be able to see an XJ coming down the road with those yellow candlesticks.
But, if a cops coming the other way and you give him a bit too much light, it may attract their attention.
What did you do to resolve this issue Atomik? Just adjust both headlights down to a reasonable level?
Interested to see where this thread goes. I think all these LED headlights are safer and much better, newer tech, but also a small concern about the compliance issue.
Cheers,

I'd keep the old ones just in case, that way if some tard cop defects you, just put the old ones back long enough to clear the notice, then revert
look like relay/upgrade wiring would be needed at 220W ?
