I'm building mine out of cj10a and stretched the frame with a wagoneer frame running gear was the same

thanx for that ive been chatting with moses ludel & i think weve worked out whats going on so ill give it 1 more go with a full rebuild kit

Are you sure your relief valve in the pump is not stuck causing excessive pressure?

it all seams to be fine now ive given it a good hone before fitting the new seal kit & its been quite a few months now & no sign of any leakage at all
but i now have a spare in an fsj wreck that ive aquired
