Just going thru this myself now. Choices in Aust now, with swing tyre carrier and tow bar are:
* Rock Hard from Wooders.
* Kaymar (top gear, but bloody expensive) from anywhere. Comes with 2.5 t rated tow bar.
* Warn from JeepKonection

Obviously there's heaps more in the States.
Add to the list mopar with swing away from jeepkonection and mopar without swingaway from the dealer
Fitted this a week ago, Nice Bar good quality very happy with it. I also got the Optional Top Rack and Side Jerry Can Holders but not installed as yet.
