Default SNOW Driving 2014

OK AJOR members - lets post up where you've been snow driving in 2014
With snow down to 800m shouldn't be hard to find

So far this year

Cumberland hwy - back of lake mountain
Mt Skene - over 1 m of softing snow - got to 250m from the top and had to turn around
Back of cathedral mountains twice
Mt Terrible to mt matlock - was snowing or had snow cover all the way
Best snow was yestersday 50cm of soft dry powder snow

Share your drives so we can all have a go - this was corn hill last week

I've been seeing a lot of snow pics from places in Victoria that haven't snowed in decades. The last time I saw snow was back in the mid 90's up the top of the ridge at Beech Forest, Lavers Hill and at the back of Forrest in the Otway Ranges. I see it's been snowing there again as well as the Grampians. Think I'll be staying in Queensland. That weather would kill me now

Plenty.

All the good places have been shared far and wide on this group

Hard to find fresh tracks anywhere, but there are still a few places

I was out Corn Hill Sat night too. Very thankful to have someone's tracks to follow as became frozen after the last snow blew through. Check out pics and videos on FB page "Offroad Adventures Melbourne". Awesome trip though
