Default 4 piston Brembo conversion

Some may know of my website I built on my XJ build nearly 20 years ago now! I have just added the last brake conversion I did on my XJ to it.

How'd you get the xr8 18" wheels to fit? I know they will due to the 5*114.3 stud pattern but do they need machining of said wheel? I found my ba wheels wouldn't go over the hub..

These are aftermarket 17" versions with an EA offset as BA will make them go in board too far. No machining needed but might have use a flap wheel in the drill to clean up the inside the bore a little.

Ahhhh okay! Awesome! Thanks mate, appreciate that a heap. They're easy to find about the joint so may be a good upgrade from my puny 15" jeep alloys lol

Aaah, I remember when I built my setup for 4-piston brembo calipers for the WJ. The calipers I used were off a Mercedes, 40/44 mm pistons vs the 44/44 mm from the SRT, with rotors off a standard WK.

Double shear spacer, one original mounting point used, nobody wanted to drive on the same roads as me...I wonder where those people are now...
