Thankfully its become a bit less common as the word gets out..... early on it was a chronic DIY mistake and even with stealers. That much torque is a bit unusual for most other makes.
I still carry a spare bolt, but threadlocker and a big breaker bar are my friend.
The correct torque for these bolts is 163 N·m (120 ft.lbs). Thats medium to bright red when hanging on the end of a 12" breaker bar for those that don't have a torque wrench
Whilst most people undo he large caliper adapter mounting bolts when changing pads, the manual suggests removing the slide pin bolts which are much smaller and tightened to 31 N·m (23 ft. lbs.).
Either way will get teh job done.
